We are no longer accepting Vendor Applications.

Opportunities are available for all types of vendors at Rising Phoenix Game Con. Whether you have your own game, run a game store or service or if you are a craftsman or an artist there is a place for you at our convention. We aim to have a modest number of vendors offering a range of game genre merchandise to our guests making this a great vending opportunity. For additional exposure, all vendors will be announced on our website, listed in the program, and allowed an ad on the television in the foyer. Vendor & Artist Table Cost:

All tables are 6’ long and each space comes with 2 chairs.

Vendors' Room

This is the prime vending area connected to the main gaming area for maximum visibility, great foot traffic and is locked tight at night. Each space comes with 2 registration badges and an ad in the video screens around the con.

Vendors' Row

This is a great space along the wide hallways near the main gaming area with the best-guaranteed foot traffic and an ad in the video screens around the con. Rising Phoenix GameCon may have space available for storing merchandise, and table cloths to cover tables and we will have attendants on duty at all hours. However, we are not responsible for merchandise during off hours.

1 Vendor Table and 2 Registrations – $150

1 Game Demo Table* and 1 Registration – $100

*The Game Demo Tables are intended for Indie Game Designers who are self-publishing or looking to launch/support a crowdfunding campaign for a single game. Game Designers are allowed to sell copies and expansions of the game being demonstrated, but not non-related game accessories or products.
