Due to the end of the Public Health Emergency, as noted by the CDC, Rising Phoenix Game Con is revising its COVID Policy for the 2024 convention. We will not be asking for proof of vaccination or requiring masks during the convention. If that guidance changes before the convention we reserve the right to change the policy. If a change in CDC policy affects any attendees you may request a reimbursement for the full amount of your badge.
While we are not asking for any COVID-related vaccination status or masking requirements we still ask that you follow safety protocols and we will support anyone who wishes to mask during the convention. We have a zero-harassment policy (please see our code of conduct) so we ask
everyone to please respect the choice of others even if they conflict with your own.

We do ask but do not require, that all convention attendees:

● Stay up to date on vaccinations, including recommended booster doses. 

● Avoid contact with people who have suspected or confirmed COVID-19. 

● Follow recommendations for isolation if you have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19. 

● For the safety of the community, please stay home if you are feeling sick or have symptoms of COVID-19.
