Sponsoring Our Convention

Rising Phoenix GameCon connects you to your customer base through Sponsorships. Get your name in play with our attendees through various levels of sponsorship.

Rising Phoenix accepts financial as well as product donations in exchange for sponsorship levels. All product donations are used as prizes for our patrons getting your name out there and your product in the hands of your customer base even faster. Sponsorship levels are customizable as well.

Sponsorship Levels

Royal Sponsor

$1000 Financial Donation or $1500 Product Donation

  • Sponsor name listed as an official Royal Sponsor of Rising Phoenix GameCon.

  • Sponsor provided advertisement flyer is distributed on site. 500ct. minimum

  • Sponsor provided advertisement is shown onsite in Media Loop with priority placement. (4x normal run)

  • Full page Color inside Front or inside Back Cover or Back Cover and Full Page B&W interior advertisements in the Rising Phoenix GameCon program book, if available.

  • Priority listing with link on the sponsor page of the official Rising Phoenix GameCon LLC website with link to sponsor site. Social Media mentions with link and inclusion on all print advertising materials for the convention year.
